Question 6400 MHz vs 6000 MHz RAM Comparison

Hello. I will buy RAM for a DDR5 system. I haven't bought the processor yet. It will probably be R7 7800X3D but I am still waiting for the 9000 series. While the sweet spot for the 7000 series is 6000 MHz, the sweet spot for the 9000 series is 6400 MHz. So I am stuck between 6400 MHz CL32 and 6000 MHz CL30.

Can you help me compare the two RAMs and help me choose?

Motherboard: ASRock B650 LiveMixer

Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2x16) 6400 MHz CL32
Lexar ARES RGB 32 GB (2x16) 6000 MHz CL30
