I am trying to choose one between these options:
  • G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 64GB (4 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-32GTZR $271.98
  • G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C14D-16GTZR $299.98
  • G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Desktop Memory Model F4-3600C16Q-32GTZRC $204.99
CPU is 9900K and GPU is 2080Ti. Mostly for gaming. Any suggestion would be helpful.

For gaming 64GB is just a plain waste.
Even 32GB is going to be a stretch, but between the two 32GB kits its comes down to what processor you would be using.
If its Ryzen, I would opt for the 3600MHz kit, save the 100 bucks and put it to better use elsewhere. Additionally, I would try to get a 2x16GB kit, as it would place less strain on the memory controller.
