Considering the price, its probably a typo. I think they meant Duron, but if they don't know the difference enough to put it on their web page correctly, I wouldn't buy from them.

Actually there is 650MHz Thunderbird. Just really, really rare. Also there is a 600MHz, but I've only seen one listed once.
