Question 6600 xt Only drawing 130w

I recently bought a 6600xt(Gigabyte eagle) and gaming or doing benchmarks its only drawing 130 w max. I have a 11400f and 16gb 3200 mhz dual chanel. The gpu is currently using pcie 3.0 because I have a fractal node 202 and it came with a pcie 3.0 riser. Can anybody help I think Im losing a little performance

What is the make/model of your power supply? The 6600xt doesn't really perform much different on 3.0 vs 4.0.

Its the included 450w fractal bronze but I had a 3060ti drawing 200w and never had a problem

and gpuid, heaven benchamrk, 3dmark, furmark and radeon adrenalin its reporting a 6600xt, for a while i though i got a 6600 non xt as an xt

power limit is at 100% and voltage its at 1150 mv. Also it clocks to 2600 while benchmarking or gaming

You may have won the silicon lottery, with regards to power draw. 2600 clocks are actually quite good, as the official AMD boost clock is 2589MHz.

Is it's performance in line with expectations? (One would generally worry more so that a GPU is delivering proper FPS rates, vice worrying it's not using enough power)

(Alas, the 6500XT seemed rather disappointing in the reviews I read....; who releases a next gen card, to have the previous gen 5500XT beat it? Bashing AMD a little here for it's regression, not your choice, sorry!)

FYI, that is a good thing. You are hitting advertised boost clocks, to AMD's spec, and drawing less power, than normal, as well. That is a win win.

Agreed, if you're [consistenly] getting at/above the max boost clocks while only drawing 130W (out of 160W) that's a GOOD thing.
