680i?

I am still debating on which board to get. I like the fact that the 680i board as 16x x 2 for the SLI but I am worried about the problems that this board has. Can anyone confirm if the problems have been resolved? Should I stay away or go for it?

If you can wait, I will suggest that you do. Improvement have obviously been made with the new bios, but too many people are still having problem with that chipset.

Let's see what Nvidia will decide to do: either really find a software way to fix the issue, or, if they cannot solve it, do a recall of all the 'defective' mainboards to prove that they are capable to face their responsabilities.

Well I have the striker extreme and to be honest I haven't had 1 problem with it, so i dunno. and boy it can oc with ease! I'd buy it in a second if I did it all again!
