700 Dollar Amd or Intel Build?

The best bang for your buck builds I could create on my own though I'm unsure to go with Intel or AMD with a Gtx 760.

Yes, they are very similar only a change in CPU and a Mobo. I'm listing this as system because I'm curious if there is a better build for $700 than what I have. If you have any other Ideas let me know. Thanks. I do not need an HDD I only need the parts listed
 
I agree with Outlander_04. As i said before, buy a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Motherboard (now $114 @ NCIX). Good mobo for oc.

Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 is a great option also. ($110 @ NCIX)

And NZXT Source 210 for less than $35 at Amazon. You cannot go cheaper than that right now. But Cooler Master K280 ATX for $46 at NCIX is a better option with USB 3.0 port:
