Hi,

Ive been pulling my hair out for a few days trying to figure out what is causing the issue.

My read and write speed is around 500mbs when i boot and then shortly after booting my write speed drops to 70MBS to 80MBS.

I have since used Macrium reflect and moved windows to a brand new 870 QVO and have formatted the original drive and my write speeds have recovered.

I have checked cache and disabled c3/c6 in bios on my z68ap-d3 (old i know the machine is mainly a media server)

I have used samsung magician and have trimmed the drive and other optimization methods.

I cannot see anything in event viewer to suggest it is being throttled, Temps are also ok. SATA leads also replaced but are old and have ordered new ones just incase.

Here are my speeds after 11 hours of uptime.

Speeds after boot wont register on CrystalDisk but i can see the speeds defo go upto 500mbs

Crystal Disk info for device below aswell, host writes excepted because of downloads etc.

PLEASE HELP!!!
