ok on testing my new moniter the other daY EVERYTHING was brill unitl i noticed som inconsistancies in the colour of black text !!! this is on the lg flatron 795ft+ like in stages across a line the text will be a murky brown off black colour and the rest perfect black almost a strip pattern. colour impurities ??? i want to know is ther any way i can rectify this using the osd controls on the monitor ??? or is it faULTY AND I NEED A NEW ONE ??? PLEASE HELP OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THIS IAS THE BEST MONITOR EVER !!!

have you tried a different color temp and adjust your settings to that? i've been looking at those monitors, they seem really nice, and for a lot less than sony's.
