7970 Drivers

I have been having horrible trouble with drivers and my .NET framework. I have win7 x64 (z77) and a brand spanking new clean install of .NET 4.5. Please link me to the exact drivers I need, and tell me exactly which one to use. Don't tell me i'm stupid and to go to their website, I know that, I just have a feeling I am doing something wrong. Thanks!
