Question 99% GPU Usage With 1650

I dont know why but when I run WarZone at semi-low settings my GPU uses 99% and I get Stutters (I dont know if its from my internet) is there any way I can decrease my GPU usage?

Warzone or CoD in general has pretty high res textures before you even download the HD texture pack. A 1650 running at 99% sounds pretty normal. Though like the one above me said, try turning down graphic settings and the resolution until it shows 80-90% usage and stop there if temps are too high at full utilization. Your stutters are probably coming from a high frametime or high VRAM usage. You can view that via the Nvidia Overlay. Default shortcut for the overlay is [ALT+R] and you'll want to pay attention to (Render Latency).
