[SOLVED] 9900K and 2080 Ti

Hello guys,

I have 9900K and 2080 Ti, I want to know is this combo is capable of 1440p 144hz gaming at ultra settings with ray tracing or without ray tracing

Depending on the game obviously.
I doubt it can do 144fps with ray tracing in most games that support ray tracing, but it will probably hover around the 90 fps mark in most new AAA games.

Really depends on the game.
a game like csgo will hit 600 fps or smthn.
You need to just check out benchmarks for the 2080Ti at ultra presets.

Skip to the 14 game average section.
That's the average across 14 titles on high settings. No ray tracing, but you can imagine that it'll be worse than what's shown in the video.

If you're looking for performance on specific titles, then you need to look up benchmarks relating to those titles only.

Depends what FPS you are happy with. For example my RTX3080 at 1440p can do average 130fps in COD MW with a mixture of high to max settings with RT on. The 3080 is approximately 45% more powerful.

CS Go, Vallorant, GTA 5 they are low demanding games I want to know on high demanding games like Assassin's creed Odyssey Red Dead Redemption 2 etc.

Then probably not 1440p ultra.
Just check benchmarks, such as the one phazze mentioned.

Again, like I said, it depends on the game.
But if you mean on say, a game like shadow of the tomb raider, then maybe, or of.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is also in the video I linked, and from the looks of it, 120-130 average isn't really possible.
