A banging noise while watching DVD

I'm not sure if this is the right message board for this question, but...

I get a loud bang from my speakers now and then when I fast-forward or skip chapters on DVD.

I have a RealMagic Hollywood+ card connected from the analog plug to the rca connectors of my stereo system.

I think I solved the problem.

I used a faulty connection (piuha mikälie englanniksi) from my decoder card to my Sound Blaster. The grounding plug wasn't connected for the other sound channel.
