I would like to get a new PC but I'm kind of lost on which parts to order from Amazon.de .

Budget : 400-500€

Would that suffice for a PC close/equivalent to PS4 (or even better than) ?

Sorry but that article is absolute bs, using a GTX 1080 with "500$" builds. Including the pointless i3 8350k over i5 8400 or Ryzen 5 1600 which cost just as much or less. Not a single brain cell was used when writing that.
