Question A problem with ACME BH420 earbuds

Hello there.
I have those earbuds: https://www.acme.eu/sites/default/files/files/support/2020/BH420_manual.pdf
I can successfully connect them to an iPhone SE of mine with Bluetooth. When they're connected, I have no problems with using it to listen to the audio.
The problem is that I can not connect those earbuds to the laptop of mine. When I turn on my earbuds to the "discovery mode", I press the "connect a Bluetooth device" button, but it does not find my Acme BH420 device. (http://prnt.sc/widylm, the language is in Lithuanian).
The description of my laptop:
Model - Samsung NP350V5C
Operation system - Windows 10
The things which I have already tried:
Updated Bluetooth drivers: https://prnt.sc/wie2xg I also tried to delete them and re-install them.
Made those things from "manual" to "automatic": https://prnt.sc/wie42k
Also, I have read on the Internet that the reason for this problem could be that these earbuds may not be compatible with my laptop. Could it be such a case? I can not seem to find the list of devices that these earbuds are compatible with.
I'm looking forward to hearing from You ASAP. Thanks.
P.S. Maybe I need to add some extra information about my laptop?
You should be able to see all of the details of the earbuds in the first link of this post.

If your laptop doesn’t support the version of Bluetooth that those are made with then it won’t work you have to have the same or higher version on your laptop

I just checked your laptop and it shipped with window seven so it has a very old Bluetooth that is probably not compatible with the new Bluetooth 4.0 or 5.0 that your earbuds have

Also I find the name of the company humorous because Acme was always featured in Looney Tunes cartoons
