A question about battlefield 1

Hi, I wonder at what level my pc will run battlefield 1
Cpu i7 4770
Gpu msi lighting gtx 770
Ram 16 gigs

No one outside of EA/DICE knows for sure, but BF1 will probably run as well as Battlefront, and that ran as well as BF4. The Frostbite engine is a known quantity at this point.

There are barely details out about the game, so we can't know. However I predict that it will run on your system. GTX 770 will run most games releasing in 1-2 years comfortably, the CPU won't hold back either.

agreed. But if you want to hear that it won't to justify a GTX1070... then most likely it won't play it at 1080p Ultra 60fps solid.

Depends on whether you run a 60 Hz or 144 Hz monitor, what resolution you have, and whether you want to run everything (apart from maybe Post AA) maxed.
