A SHORT GENERAL QUESTION.

Okay, there are two answers to this.

The first is no. Unless you don't lock your busses, as has already been said.

The second is maybe, but only if you've got a crappy setup for overclocking. The extra heat inside of the case from overclocking the CPU certainly can stress other components if your case doesn't have adequate airflow. But if you have good airflow, no worries. Likewise if your power supply is barely enough for the proc at stock, then OCing can push that power supply to start undervolting components, which can stress them. But if you have a power supply good enough for the overclock (extra headroom is always nice) then again, no worries.
