a8 9600 + gt1030??

my original plan is g4560 + gt1030 but g4560 is not available in mycountry (philippines) cant afford the shipping fee to buy on online store like amazon so im going to this super tight budget build

yes the a8 9600 is way more cheaper than ryzen 3, and athlon x4 950 is not available on our country so i chiose this build. is the a8 9600 can handle 1050 oc 2gb, not TI?

Yes, the A8-9600 Bristol Ridge will be fine with either the GTX 1050 or 1050 Ti. But that is about the best card it will handle w/o becoming a bottleneck. The GTX 1060 or RX-470 would begin to see CPU bottleneck at times.

A new PSU? The GT 1030 is only a 30W card. Most 250W OEM PSUs can handle that. What do you have? Make/model?

Even a crappy "fake" 600W should be more than enough for the 1030 or even 1050/1050 ti. But if you don't trust the dependability of the PSU, then by all means change it.
