Question Ab error code with Gigabyte X870 ?

Hi,

I just got done building my first PC, but it’s been a pain because it wouldn’t let me install Windows.
I have Gigabyte X870 motherboard with a Ryzen 9800X3D CPU and 4080 Super GPU.

I kept getting error code 08, and I read online I should reset CMOS, but after I did that I’m now getting this screen and error code Ab (per manual “Wait user command in BIOS Setup”). It lets me select one of the options at the top, but nothing happens, it is stuck on this screen. Any ideas?
