Access Denied on D:/

I recently denied all permissions to my local disk D:/.Now I cannot retake ownership of the folder D:/,even as an Administrator.The following message is in the Current owner "Unable to display current owner"
And the following message when I try to change ownership to Administrator "Unable to set new owner on Access Denied (D.Access is Denied"
Help please!!!
My system operates on Windows Vista.
