i accidentally overvolted laptop (i7-10510U) cpu to 2.0 Volts UNDER 100% load and im owrried i damaged it, did i damage it?
(Currently its working fine but im worried i damaged it)

No... Your CPU is fine.. every devices have Protection features to prevent such damage.... You don't need to worry about anything
