Account name change

Hello, I was wondering if I could get an account name change, which would also require a corresponding email address change. If allowed, I can do it two ways. I already have the email I want it switched to. This is not something I am going to do regularly. I have had this account name since 2014 on various services and have been retiring it from them since last year. My plan is to no longer use it by the end of this year on the internet. The other option, if not allowed, is to simply deactivate the account and make a new one with the new account name and email address. I only have 6 posts since 2022, and only 2 threads. So, it's a not a major loss. Please let me know what I should do. If changing this existing account is acceptable, I can reply with that account name.
