I know this is already considered solved, but not all the drivers linked above would work for me, specifically the network drivers. Perhaps they sourced different parts while they manufactured this model. None of the drivers I found through Acer worked for me.

I wasted a lot of time tracking this down and this was the first link that came up when I searched on Google, so maybe this will save someone in the future.

Your serial number is on the bottom of your netbook.
Use my serial number if you don't have one:
LUS050B111832013FD2535

go to http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

enter your serial numer on the tab to enter serial number.

by default, this laptop model manufactured with windows XP so you can not find on the official website page the download links... you can install it manually, get the links and instructions http://laptop-drivers.com/aspire-zg5-drivers/ have the problem solved... thanks
