i have an acer aspire desktop pc which i bought for my son for xmas ... he has forgotton his start up password. it is under warranty and when i phoned them they said it tells me what to do in the manual .... can i find the manual? no!! so i am lost as to what to do does anybody have this manual and can tell me what its says in respect of forgotton passwords?
