Question acer kg241q buttons

Hi guys, so i got a problem with this monitor. When i try to press any of the input buttons on the monitor it's turning itself off then on. I tried switching the power cable and it does the same thing.
Normally he would've had only a blue light[meaning it's on]. Now it pulsates and sometimes the color turns into purple.
One of my friends told me that might be a heating problem, but i touched it and it's cold.
Also it's turning off and on by itself without me touching it. Should i go to service with it?

If it's in warranty, yes get it looked at. If it's not in warranty I would look for another working one, cost to fix the thing would likely be as much as a new one.
