Acer lcd monitor is wavy how can i fix it?

My monitor all of a sudden developed waves in it. It isnt so bad on right side but gets worse on left side. I have the acer x203h lcd monitor. Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

Try using the DVI connector instead of VGA.
