Hello,
two months ago i bought an Acer Nitro 5 from Amazon.So when i work,the laptop keep freezing,and to solve the probleme i should plug out the ac adapter from compter.And when i also using the battery,when it freezes,i should plug in the ac adapter.When i used the computer far from the AC adapter and it freezez,i should put it in sleep mode by closing the lid.Before it was freezing every 15 or 30 minutes,but know it's everytime.
If you ask why i did not refound it to Amazon when i saw that behaviour,the answer is that i'm in Africa in a country where Amazon doesn't deliver,so i bought it onilne and friend came with it.How can i solve this problem definitly?
