Activate Windows watermark (Windows 10)

So I have recently upgraded my PC quite a bit (New MOBO, Case, CPU, RAM) And for some weird reason I now got this weird Watermark in my bottom right corner that says: Activate WIndows
Go to settings to activate Windows. I've seen multiple people having this issue but it was always with a cracked version of Windows it seemed. I haven't had this problem before so I find it quiet weird.


Note: It is gone when I restart my PC but comes back after a few hours

Any help would be appreciated

Edit: I get: We can’t reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later, when I try the fix :/

You'll have to ring MS then. And say you changed mobo and cpu.
