Hello all,
I am a systems administrator and had recently added a new user into our Active Directory, which utilizes synchronicity with Microsoft 365.
I originally had a typo in the user's last name and subsequently, in the user's email address. Upon correcting the typo within AD, the correction synced with everything on my end.
However, the typo still persists only in Outlook, on the user's workstation even after restarting Outlook.
I was wondering if anyone knew a way to have this corrected, or if it will remain permanently in Outlook on the user's workstation ?
Thank you.
