I am facing a problem with the Adobe Creative Cloud Software Suite on my system whereby whenever I start it another popup window comes up stating:
" Scripts are usually safe,do you want to allow scripts to run? "

It prevents my adobe apps like Illustrator from updating in the creative cloud, as it states your apps are taking longer to launch, I keep clicking yes in the popup and it still does not go away until I click it over 35 times after which it goes for a while and my adobe apps start updating. How can I resolve this error permanantly as it interferes with my work,I tried repairing the creative cloud suit from its installer also.

Source for Adobe Creative Cloud Software?

Have you checked the configuration settings: there may be some default setting that you can use to change the default setting to "run".

However, Adobe may then allow some potentially damaging script to run.

Any other apps, add-ons, or background processes running? One of them could be involved.

Also check Task Manager > Startup for apps launching at startup.

Take a couple of screenshots showing the full pop-up windows and post the screenshots here using imgur (www.imgur.com).

Is Creative Cloud being launched at startup?

Did you write the scripts or are the scripts from some other source(s)? What are the scripts doing or supposed to be doing?

Source for Creative Cloud?

= = = =

My suggestion:

Disable Creative Cloud, if necessary, so Creative Cloud does not launch at startup (Task Manager > Startup or maybe even triggered via Task Scheduler).

Then boot your system and open Task Manager or Resource Monitor to observe system performance. Use both tools but only one tool at a time.

Watch and wait until the system is stable: no updates, no backups, etc., Just doing nothing.

Leave the tool window open and viewable. Then open Creative Cloud and watch what, if anythng changes, while scripts are trying to load and run. Or other things that may be going on.

For example Disk drive(s): Make, model, capacity, how full? If the script involves a lot of disk activity then a full disk could be slowing down while loading apps and data.

Objective being to simply discover why the sripts may be taking longer than usual to load. Or what else may be occuring - some script trying to take an action that Windows Security has flagged.

May be simply a flag because there is a script running or trying to run. Or something in the script.

Look for that.
