[SOLVED] Advice for a new workstation build for Motion Graphics ?

Hi all,

I am looking to set up a new workstation, I am mainly using After Effects and vector graphics with a little bit of (motion graphics related) 3D work. I am the furthest thing from a hardware pro. I just start reading every 4 or 5 years when I need a new work station and I wanna make sure I am not making any huge mistakes or unintentionally create any bottlenecks. Budget shouldn't exceed 4,5k €.

I am pretty sure about the CPU and the Graphics Card simply from checking the benchmark tests with After Effects.
For all those hardare pros that aren't too familiar with the Software demands: I'll need lots of CPU (Cores as well as clocking) for the "active" work as well as a strong GPU (VRAM, Cuda Cores) for certain effects and the "passive" work (rendering via Adobe Media Encoder).
I am currently working in 2K Display resolution but the setup needs to be 4K ready in case I upgrade the Display. Project resolutions vary from tiny Social media formats to 4K.

Here's what I got so far.

Display (I already own):
27" ASUS ProArt PA278QV

CPU:
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X

GPU:
GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
(Somehow NVIDIA seems to have sold their Graphics Chips to all makers? I am thinking EVGA or MSI. But is there a difference? Which maker should I get?)

Power Supply:
be quiet! Dark Power 12 1000W (too much?)

Cooling:
Noctua NH-D15 chromax balck

Storage (1x OS and 1x for current projects):
2x Samsung 980 PRO 1TB SSD

RAM:
RAM needs to be DDR4 with either 3200 or 3600 MHz, min CL16 and should be in 32GB Blocks.
Crucial DIMM? Corsaire? Do you have any advice for this?

Mainboard /
Here I am REALLY UNSURE what is working best with the chosen parts!!
Maybe ASUS ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING? I find it super difficult to find the right one.
To be perfectly honest I am not even sure what exactly I should look for... oO'

Thanks a lot for the tips. I keep wanting to reply about the CPU but I just haven't had time to read and watch all the input yet. So for now just a thanks and I'll get back when I checked all the links.

EDIT:
Okay I finally got time to read and watch the material you've posted. Thanks so much, especially all the stuff about the Alder Lake I hadn't gotten all that news yet and I will definitely go for a i9 12900KF.
The AIO Arctic Cooler seems to have the upper hand with a few advantages vs the Noctua I originally chose so I'll go for that also.

SDo just two questions left:
1.) The Z690 Gaming X seems great, I just would like to ask for your assessment on DDR5. I try to build a Workstation for years to come (I spend big once to have my peace for as long as possible, not having to do smaller upgrades every year).
So do you think it's wise to go for DDR5 or will DDR4 be just fine with my work for, say 4 years?? I know, no one has a crytal ball, just your opinion. ;-)

2.) Not knowing specific spatial requirements of an AIO liquid cooler. Is there a minimum tower-case size I gotta go for? I read the be quiet! Silent Base 802 should be big enough for the solution.
