What games do you want to play?

I would go with this hardware setup:

Intel core i5 9600k
MSI Pro series atx motherboard
MSI Nvidia RTX 2060 gpu
Samsung 500gb ssd
500 w power supply
Windows 10 home

You don't really need an Intel Core i7 cpu unless you plan on doing a lot of high end video editing or other content creation. An i5 and rtx 2060 combo should pretty much handle every modern game for the next couple of years before upgrading to a new gpu.
