Hey thanks for reply"Worth" is a value that is different to everyone.
Things to consider:
What monitor resolution and refresh rate do you use?
What CPU do you have?
What PSU do you have?
What are your future plans for upgrades?
General opinion on the 4080 Super: It is a very good GPU with sufficient memory, performance, and features (DLSS3 and Ray Tracing) for the foreseeable future.
The next-gen RTX 50 series might not release until 2025. I would say the RTX 40 series is still a viable option right now.
Resolution is 1920x1080Hey thanks for reply
im using Asus monitor with 165hz atm
My cpu is AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
My psu is Corsair TX750m
Tbh im waiting for new ryzen cpu's to upgrade it along with my mobo but thinking about gpu atm
A Ryzen 7 5700X3D would get you a very decent leap in performance, allowing hold out for another couple of years before you have to upgrade your platform. I'd recommend that before or at the same time that you get a new GPU. I've included a link to the 7900 GRE review since it includes pretty much any of the cards you would be looking at. I'd say the minimum you should get would be an RX 7900 XTX or RTX 4080 super, those are the closest to offering double the performance of your current card, but even they arent quite at double. That being said, why are you looking to upgrade? The RTX 3060 TI still offers a good amount of performance, its within 10% or so of the 4060 ti. You may be better off waiting until the end of the year to see what options you have available.Hey thanks for reply
