Question After going into safe mode my pc restarts and goes in a black screen

So when I was trying to go to safe mode I went to "msconfig" using "Run" then I clicked "boot" then I clicked safe boot and set it to minimal after that i clicked apply and restarted my pc and my pc shows the "HKC" logo then says "no signal" and then the "no signal" thing disappeared and then boom it just stays in a black screen can any help me with this?. Thanks!
 
Depending on your PC manufacturer, you may be able to force Windows into Recovery Mode by using F9, F11, or F12 at boot (spam the button after pressing the power button).

or

Power on; wait for manufacturer logo (or until 1 minute has lapsed - this ensures enough time); hold power button to turn off. Do this two more times (for a total of three forced failed boot attempts) to force Windows to enter recovery mode.

Once in the recovery/troubleshooting options, choose Advanced options > Startup options > pick one of the safe modes. Restart when finished, to return to normal mode.
