I've recently built a friend a mid-range PC, here are the specs:
16gb corsair LPX RAM
Strix 1060
Corsair CX450
AMD Ryzen 5 2400G
1tb HDD
240gb SSD
MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard

We were able to start up normally and got into windows 10. But after installing Nvidia drivers and restarting, nothing was showing up on the monitor except for "no signal".
We tried reseating the GPU, RAM, and unplugging everything and plugging it back in. The integrated graphics weren't outputting anything either. We've tried different monitors and clearing the CMOS (although we are not sure if we cleared it correctly).

Solution
CMOS can be cleared by shorting the two pins labelled JBAT1 with a metal screwdriver for 10-15 seconds.
The pins can be found just next to the CR2032 CMOS battery.
We weren't able to get any display without the GPU installed.

To clear the CMOS, we shut down the PC, unplugged it, took the battery out for 5mins and put it back in,
