Question After installing Win 10, PC won't turn on unless I unplug it from the wall and plug it back in ?

Hello,
I just installed fresh copy of Win 10 and I noticed that I need to unplug PC or switch PSU off in order to turn the PC back on. I have never had this problem on Win 7.
I have not touched hardware inside the case.

Specs:
i7 4790K
Asus Z97-P
Several HDDs and SSD
GTX 950
Corsair AX750
