After fixing it up and doing everything as i have done 20+ times before, it didn't post and both dram and cpu led on the ez led diagnostic were on. I have tried reseting cmos, flashiong the bios to the newest version and testing both ram sticks both dualy and on their own in all the ram slots. gave each about 5 min wait time as i have seen many talk about memory learning on the ddr5 sticks taking some time. Nothing. I have seen many talk about faulty ddr5 sticks, but i hope that's not the case, as rma'ing them is a pain. I hav eno other ddr5 sticks or test benches to try them out on, and i have a hard time believing it's the actual cpu or pins on the board as i was very careful putting it on. This was a ryzen 5 7600X, so it was similar to kabylake slots, which i have put in without issues many times. after double checking with a video, it seemed like i had done it right, but I am at an impasse now. Any other tips would be great. Also the board (i'm pretty sure) doesn't have onboard graphics, so no use trying to boot without gpu.

Specs (at least the necesarry ones):

MSI B650 Gaming Plus WIFI Motherboard
NZXT C-Series Gold C850 PSU
Kingston FURY Beast RGB DDR5 6000MHz 16GB
AMD Ryzen 5 7600X CPU

This motherboard?

Verify that I found the correct user guide.

How did you install RAM? The motherboard requires that the first installed module is installed in DIMMA2.

Reference physically numbered Page 28 of the linked manual.

Before doing anything be sure to read and review the entire guide and carefully doublecheck everythings as you read. Ensure that corrections are connect and fully and firmly in place.

Connectors, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case connections.

I do believe that is the right one, I don't have the physical manual right here now, but that looks right. And I have actually not tried connecting it in A2, I know i said I had tried every port, but now that i think about it, there were some i rushed, my bad. Also, are these like new things with newer generation stuff? Ram was rarely picky about which slot you put it in first as long as other problems didn't disturb it (like not connecting the channels dually or 2 sticks sometimes not working on first boot etc.).

edit; no wait actually I have tried one stick in Dimma2, didn't think dimma2 and A2 were different but they are.

Is there anything else to do or am I cooked and will need to rma it?

After reading back - my suggestions:

This CPU?

https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1723471-REG/amd_100_100000593wof_ryzen_5_7600x_six_core.html

Specifications list "Integrated AMD Radeon Graphics". Verify based on the installed CPU.

1) Install a new CMOS battery

2) Review the motherboard's User Guide and work through the build as if new. Step by step. Pay attention to all details: fine print, warnings, notes, etc. Basic install:, dual channel RAM, iGPU, one drive (boot).

Be sure to start RAM install with DIMMA2 being installed first.

3) Go into BIOS and set to "verbose mode". What that will do, if available, is to display what all is happening during the system's initial startup before launching Windows. Adds time to the boot process however the immediate objective is to troubleshoot.

4) Determine if the system will boot via Safe Mode.

So after heading back and trying to put 1 ram stick in slot 4 (B2) then it suddenly worked, and i finally got the pc to post, so thank you for your help and feedback :). very strange error, but hey, it works now.
