[SOLVED] After removing programs from HDD most of them were just gone

Hello!

So my friend was trying to clean his HDD a bit to make space. He was removing programs via the "Add or remove function" . And then suddenly most of the storage was gone except for the Steam folder and Fortnite which is pretty odd... Now it just shows that the disk uses has 921 GB storage left from 931... He was also cleaning his pc via a compressor before hand if that could cause anything. Is there any way to retrieve the lost data?

Install and run either WinDirStat, or WizTree.

Run as Administrator, selecting only the drive in question.
Post a screencap here.

He cleaned his PC with a compressor... Cleaned with the air flow to get rid of the dust.

He was removing games, so looks like they got removed, the disk looks like it should once you delete the files from it.
