[SOLVED] after upgrading cpu, no display on pc

My specs were: asus tuf gaming b450 mobo, 32 gbs of tridentz ram, 1660 super, ryzen 5 2600

I bought a ryzen 7 3800x and installed it, I realized after I needed to update the bios for this I believe, but now even when I put my ryzen 5 back in nothing happens on the screen, I am only connecting monitor mouse and keyboard and still nothing, I tried reseating the GPU and removing the battery for 1 minute, still no change, any ideas?

CMOS reset, then Bios update with the old CPU, then put the new one in. 1 minute battery extraction is a shaman dance, do the jumper
