I've got a new PC and all was working OK until I tried to upgrade BIOS
F2 to F3 and then F4. After loading optimised settings? my PC won't
boot. It gets stuck after showing NVidia Boot Agent 201.0462, then
Client MAC Address ("PXE-E53
No boot filename received") and then gets stuck on PXE-MOF: exiting
NVidia Boot Agent. I've tried clearing CMOS with jumper and
repairing/re-installing Windows XP Pro but nothing changes. Always gets
stuck at the same place. Any help much appreciated!

.... then don't load optimized settings anymore?
They really aren't for all configurations, if they were then
they'd be the defaults.

While the AC power was unplugged from the power supply?
Try that if not, and while power is unplugged, pull the
battery for 5-10 minutes.

How did you repair/reinstall XP if it gets stuck there?
It almost seems more like a boot device problem, are you
sure you have your bios set to boot from the correct drive
and that all drives are jumpered correctly?

Thanks for your help Kony. As I wasn't sure of anything I've given it
up for repair. I'll let you know the outcome.

disabling it.
