AGP HD 3850

I plan on upgrading my old AGP computer with the graphic card mentioned above. However, I am confused on the pricing.
A PowerColor version is priced around $130

While a VisionTek is priced around $180

Why is there such a difference in price? Is the VisionTek better in performance, quality and rating?

maybe because the visiontek is harder to get? just get the cheapast one
