Question AHCI OR RAID?

Hello, today I wanted to see something in the bios of my pc and I found out that I could choose between ahci or raid.
I was wondering which would be better for my pc?

Leave it at AHCI. RAID if for various similar storage devices, that page says you have an SSD and an HDD, so AHCI it is.

Leave it as AHCI.
If you don't know why you need RAID (of any type), you don't need it.
