[SOLVED] AIO pump not running

I just upgraded my mobo, aio, and psu. I'm concerned because my cpu temps are at 55-65C without any demanding tasks whatsoever, so I I've been troubleshooting. After a bit of fan reconfiguration, double checking thermal paste, etc., I realized my AIO isn't even detected.

AIO: Corsair H60 120mm
Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z390-A
CPU (incase it matters): i5-9600K

My mobo has an AIO_Pump 4 pin connector (pump cable is 3 pin) so i naturally plugged it in there. Some places I've read have stated to use CPU_Fan. I've read the difference is merely ability of control in BIOS, or lack thereof, and some differences in how it runs and voltage.

So anyway, it is not displaying in my BIOS controls or monitoring settings. And I don't hear it either.
Any ideas?

Also side question, can voltage have anything to do with it? I have most bios settings set to auto. My CPU Core/Cache voltage is set to auto: 0.986V.

Any ideas and help is appreciated, thanks!
