Question All My RAM Cached

Hi, I have been stumbling into issues recently with Cached RAM, Here is a picture:

So when i start my pc, (normally this would use up all my RAM) It would be slow at opening apps, Spotify, Firefox, Etc. But when i open a game and get into a menu or a ram intensive bit, it would crash my pc and freeze everything, alt f4 doesn't work, ctrl alt del doesnt work and alot more. I have to turn off my pc and turn it back on. I am on DDR3 on a am3+ socket with a 980TI, Please can someone help?

malware scan the system?

Thats the issue, i cannot find the source, i will run a virus scan now. I haven't installed anything that i think can be a virus.

the bottom at the memory tab in resource monitor show how the ram is used.

there is no cache tab. look at memory and see how it is use

There is nothing eating it up. I don't understand why its being cached,

this is my task manager, The reason my cpu is nearly maxed is due to me running a virus scan,

ram look fine.
your c drive have high usage.
ssd? how full?
malware scan the system?

C drive is high becuase of the virus scan. The virus scan has been running for 1 hour and is on 300k files and still scanning c drive is on 27gb out of 120gb and the d drive is 94gb out of 1 tb. Also the virus scan has no detections yet.

what is the full system spec? include make and model of the psu

Okay, So
GA-970A-UD3P(REV 2)
AMD FX8320
2x8gb hyperx fury
2x4gb hyperx fury (lower spec)
asus 980 ti plat
1tb samsung ssd
120gb sandisk ssd
Corsair 750M
All in a NZXT Phantom 610

The reason i have 2 4gb sticks of lower spec hyperx is because when it first happened, my games would crash like mentioned above, i added ram so it still crashes, but can handle a little more. I need to test my ram sticks but i don't think the sticks being faulty is because it wouldn't hold any data. Also before i added ram i also switched DIMMs with my main 2 sticks. Otherwise everything has been working perfectly before this.
