All sounds except systems sounds stopped working

Hello,
My windows 10 computer decided to just stop playing sounds. But not all, the system sounds still work and some advertisements do but anything else doesn't. My motherboard is an Asrock Fatal1ty Hp7 Performance.
Thanks for taking the time to read and I hope you can help me solve this.

Sorry for the post but I solved it. It was my Nvidia controller, I just had to plug it out.
