[SOLVED] Am I being bottlenecked?

I currently have a Ryzen 7 3700x paired with my 1070 ti, am I being bottlenecked? People are saying I should buy a new GPU for much better performance bc I am being bottlenecked but I'm not too sure if I am.

In reference to the term "bottleneck" uninformed people say a lot of junk.

Does the system work as you desire? Does it meet your expectations?

Of course you are. Is that a problem? Of course not... unless you simply want more GPU performance. Bottlenecking is typically referring to the CPU bottlenecking the GPU, but your CPU is more than enough for your GPU.
