Am I getting the right temperatures?

hello, I just finished building my PC about an hour ago.
I have the i5-2500k.
My heatsink is the cooler master hyper 212+.
It has 2 Scythe Gentle Typhoon Fans on it in a push and pull config.
I also have a third Scythe Gentle typhoon fan on the top blowing cold air onto my ram and feeding the other fan with cold air.
I have the stock coolermaster fan that came with the heatsink on the side.
I also have a 120mm blue LED fan on the front, but that came with the case.
My case is the cooler master 430 elite.
I have been running prime 95 for 15-20 minutes, and My temperatures average around 47 degrees C, max 49.
Are these good temperatures?
Can I now go ahead with an OC or do I need to change something?
The cpu is at stock speeds, 3.3 ghz btw

temps seem fine, but depending on what kind of thermal paste you have used you may need to wait a bedding in period. if you used something like artic mx2 or mx3 compound you wont but arctic silver number 5 you will. that could mean having to wait 1-200 hours depending on the paste

What's your Turbo settings ? if it's around 3.7 Ghz and on Prime95 stress test then the temps seems reasonable. But if your room temperature is lower then 28C; in that case your temps does seem a bit too high for stock settings with a after-market cooler that has 2 fans !

Hot air rises and you're the first person i've ever read about using a top fan as an intake.
I would use the top fan as an exhaust like 99.9% of the world does.
Download Coretemp and take a reading.
Change the top fan to exhaust and take a reading.
Every manufacturer of cases that have top cut-outs use the fan as an exhaust for a reason.
Btw your temps are ok but you should try what i suggested.

Does it really take that long to cure for the Arctic silver 5? i used the antec formula 5 and people say its the same as the artic silver 5. hopefully my temps will drop a little more...im getting 55c on prime 95 torture test for 5hours on my i5 2500k at 4.2ghz. But im only using 1 fan on my heatsink atm, will a 2nd fan in push pull reduce it by atleast 4-5c in temps? i have the prolimatech armageddon heatsink.
