Am i reading my psu Specs right...?

From what i read is have a single rail 31amp power supply am i reading this right?

You are reading correctly it has combined 31.5amps but it looks to be broken up into 3 rails (most likely though a single rail divided) with one of them dedicated to the CPU!

It is a good thing! That PSU is actually pretty good for a 460watt unit!
