So I have a PC with a GTX 1070 and a Samsung Odyssey LC32G55TQWUXEN 32" G55 1000R Curved Gaming Monitor - 144Hz, 1ms, 1440p QHD and an Amazon Firestick )
I bought a UGREEN HDMI Switch 3 IN 1 OUT HDMI Switcher Splitter from amazon so I could make the firestick work on my monitor while it's also plugged into the PC.

I works but the problem is, the switcher makes my PC set my desktop to 60hz and I can't modify that. If I plug in just my PC to the monitor, it sets just fine at 144hz.

What exactly do I need to buy to make this work properly? Thanks

Solution
Fixed, apparently Firestick was just being dramatic and not wanting to boot up but eventually I used it in my HDMI port from the monitor, and it works fine. Thanks.

A splitter that implicitly states it supports 144hz. HDMI 2.1 would probably be another indicator. But for most people 60hz is all they would need, so probably not much a market for them.

Why not connect your PC using Display Port and leave the HDMI for your other devices?
