Hey,
A question about sending BULK emails to users via Amazon SES, currently I use a home-made application where I can send BULK emails (newsletters) to users of this application.
Now many e-mails that are sent are received in the SPAM boxes of the users. How can I fix this? All e-mails are sent via Amazon SES and the problem mainly occurs on Office365 servers. We do not have the ability to whitelist our IP range among end-users. And so, would like to know what I could do from our side.
When I run a test via Litmus, I get back that certain e-mail servers have sent the e-mail to their spam box and that DKIM and SPF are being processed properly but the DMARC is not.
Thanks in advance!
