If its so "easy" why haven't you? This is a very untrue statement. the GD65 is a fair to poor overclocking board. You need at least a Sabertooth R2. A whole different league as far as boards go. To get to 5 GHz you also need a real good chip. PLUS you need a custom loop to cool it. Been there, done that.
If you know what you're doing and have the right mix of components, it's pretty easy. Why haven't I done it? I've addressed that already: I don't see any need to prematurely wear my kit. I ran it for a while @ 4.8 on air and entirely without incident. Could I have run it up to 5? Probably. Would I see a huge improvement? Not likely. You DO NOT need a Sabertooth board to overclock by any means, so why don't you stop with the untrue statements? I said it was POSSIBLE, not a guaranteed sure thing.
